About How to describe: lines from the ship just beyond (The Berkley)photographed from within tall ship in San Diego.
Original was 'ok' but uninteresting (to me) so I wanted to make it a bit more interesting! (stop laughing..LOL)
What can I say? Lori :)

Wonderful artwork and composition... That remind me of those days that we did manual line conversion using films strips (tedious work) :>

Cheers ! Bobby

Hi Lori

You did good. I like this for its ropes and lines but I think what gives it depth is the blue lines. Without those, I think it would be tooooo busy with lines.

Glad you liked my "Oh NO". I laugh every time I look at it. The dog is the killer! I was about 1/2 block away when I caught it (accidentally). I never even spotted the shot in my archives until the other day while looking for someting to post here. It was taken back in March.

Dave

Hi Lori - Was this before or after the rum and coke? Just kidding! this is an interesting image with a fresh approach that I like. I'm really curious just how you managed all of this. It is fun and loaded with many things to study.I like the repeating lines and ropes. The more I look the more fascinating this picture becomes.

Cheers - Bill

great eye for geometry, even if you sound as if it was by accident... then it must be natural instinct
