About Did you think I would forget day 3? LOL Not a chance! I was at my computer, sun was creeping toward the screen, got up to redirect the blinds, saw 'the infamous rose' and it just struck me how pretty it was the sun hitting it. Blown out whites and all. Grabbed the camera and got it. No sharpen, levels, or anything. Centered it into a square and framing, here it is!!
Well, it HAS to be different than days 1 and 2! Hope you enjoy! :)

Wow ! Excellent shot, Lori ! The flower has growing effect and it looks like taken using studio lighting. I love the B&W contrast and the sharpness. Very nice composition.

The idea is very good, Lori, to change it into black and white. In my very honest opinion the fine definitions in some of the petals are washed out, burned so to speak, which is a real pity. Regards, Rob.
