About One of the holidays in our Golden Week of national holidays here in Japan is "Boys' Day," when carp streamers flutter in the wind and suits of armour, bows and arrows, and swords, are displayed inside the houses where there are sons. It's a carry over from Japan's warlike history. This display was at the Fuchuu folk museum.

Great title, Roger! And the image is pretty decent too!
Lots of things to interest the eye, all bang in focus as ever.
Kind regards, Chris
P.S. I've lost your postal address, but if you e-mail it to my btopenworld e-mail address I'll pop a CD of my music in the post for you.

A very sharp and well exposed photo with great clarity. Interesting narrative explaining the display.
