About View from the edge of Malham Cove, Yorkshire, to the path and people below.

The cliff is a glacial, limestone remnant of the ice age ans was once a 300 foot tall waterfall. Now the water appears from the bottom of the clff, but it's still about 300 feet to fall if you slip!

Excellent photo Ade - I don't think you are too far away from me ;-)

Aye, I'm over in Morley, south of Leeds - about 40 minutes fom Knaresborough.

Was a mixed day yesterday - no sun to speak of, so wasn't getting burned out photos of the limestone, but a bit overcast so was trying to avoid a skyline on each shot. No point in a big chunk of grey after all.

Got about 180 of Janet's Foss, the Cove (top and bottom) and Gonredale Scar - busy photoshop night coming up!!

Cheers

Ade
