About Parc Saint-Alphonse, Montréal, Québec, Canada, Spring 2004.

This picture was taken with a Certo-phot camera. It was built in East Germany about 40 years ago. The shutter speed is fixed and there's only 2 aperture to choose from (f/8 and f/11). It operates like an Holga camera. It is however a sturdier camera with its metal body.

The negative was scanned with an Epson Perfection 3170 Photo scanner.

Great scene, you make same apocaliptic atmosphere on this image. Too bad that third swing is cut off.

La combinaison du format carré, de la couleur et des coins sombres me plait beaucoup.

Glückwünsche am Certo-phot!

wonderful angle . . . there is a really sad feeling to this image, not sure if that is on purpose or if it just makes me miss my favorite part of the playground :-)

I am reminded of those days way back when. And it's comforting.
