This is a rich still life that really satisfies! Possibly, a reflector to the right would give just a little delineation to that side of the vase. The foreground cloth is alittle too high key for me. But that's quibbling. Excellent job!

Great composition and colors, but I'd like to see more separation between the darker flowers and the dark background. For me, they blend together and almost get lost. May be a limitation of my PC display--probably a poor substitute for a real print. Personally, I like the light foreground--it serves as a place for the shadow to land on the right, and lends a touch of reality to an otherwise stark picture which borders on the abstract/unreal characteristics which I like and find intriging).
