Don't get too excited - the name sounds exotic, and the restaurant is apparently authentic, but it's in Severna Park, Maryland - just good old suburbia :-)
Manipulated with PS to get the bluish color and texture in the masonry frame around the window. The faint reddish coloring in the stucco wall is also an artifact of clipping the dark end of the histogram in PS.
