About Northern Mocking Bird. I just got in my car when I saw a flash of gray and white. I looked up and saw this guy on the sign. The mocking bird is not that much of a stunning bird, but what it lacks in looks, it makes up in tenacity and song. One of the reasons that 7 state have them as their state bird.

Thanks for this shot. I have seen one in a long time. Being from Houston TX, grew up with these birds around my house. Been strafed on many occasions by mocking birds. Not afraid to let you know whose territory you are in

Nice sharp shot with good colour. Think I would crop a couple of inches off the left and some off the top and bottom. This would make the bird less central and give a continous line to the fence.
Regards,
Graham.

What a clear clean shot. I love simple subjects like this, Del

Great shot Brian.
Thanks for the invitation.
Here in California they are very common, but it's not easy to photograph them.
This morning I went to the Palo Alto Baylands looking for European Starling but one of these guys was posing and I decided to work with him.
I am glad that you like.
Regards.
Yamil
