Interesting comment you make. Before reading, I was going to say that this image seems to be at odds with her music. Though you have captured real single-mindedness in an instant. Without knowing who the subjest is, this is a great candid portrait. When we do know who it is, it is even better I feel. If the eyes can be held back just a little to gain some more detail, this might be an advantage in my opinion. Best regards, John McC.

Well, I had the luck to see her at a live showcase; she's very charismatic, sweet and magnetic, just as much as she is determined, ambitious and knowing. That's why the contrast between her juvenile (maybe even childish) face and her look in the picture seems to suggest her true nature.
