the clouds came out well too
I would colour the traffic lights again and i dont know how to fix the left part of the pic thats not staight,you could try a 3D correction on that.

You#re right, it a bit wonky on the left isn't it? I was using an 18mm lens at the time so probably explains it.
I think the way I'd cure that would be to do a Skew or Shear transformation (CTRL+T) and drag the top left over a little. It's effective if it's a little out, but nothing too severe.

As I am still leaning every day more about ps,I did not know about Ctrl+T,very interesting.Thanks.
I just tried with image rotate on free layer and turned the building straight,and that looks better to me.
