About In the mid 1800's on this site there was a grist mill, known as Brush Mills (from which Brushton was derived). It thrived in this farming community. Today, though the village is somewhat depressed, it is still a very pretty waterfall, and I have many fond memories of it, from my childhood.

Awesome capture Brad. The waterfall is a shimmering cascade ending in a lovely froth of white. The rocks in the foreground are rich and provide a lovely frame. Beautiful work.

great & moody shot, bradley. you achieved a nice natural framing - so I don't think the additional one is really necessary. good colors and tonal range. the waterself itself looks like being frozen - good capture! cheers, thilo

Wondeful composition. I like the lighting in this picture. Isn't there a basketball court near this place that your brother has never lost a game of basketball on in his life?
