To photograph white flowers (or almost white)with low contrast areas it is always a great challenge. To avoid that the pollen falls in the petals is a great prowess ;-)

Quedo a tu disposición.

These Daylillies are stunning i'm sure i can smell them..HA-HA. Your 5700 does a good job. We Have 2 nikon coolpix 4500's but they seem to have problems with focusing. On the net i see that this is common. How do you like you 5700?

Felipe Woichejosky   {K:4766} 6/8/2004
Pl Bartok, send me your e-mail address. I will write you on this topic asap. Best wishes, Felipe.

Just perfect, the details are marvelous and also the white balance is flawless.
How do you make your florals,Felipe....at home in a setting or outside? If at home,do you use a black background and what kind of lights?
Thank you for sharing such accurate infos about the photo, many congrats and hugs, Antonella

Rawabi Al-Nuaimi   {K:15659} 6/12/2004
beautiful exposure and colors.. :)

Felipe Woichejosky   {K:4766} 6/16/2004
Hi Antonella, pardon for not having responded before. I have taken some short vacations and I was not in contact with USEFILM. In this case the picture was taken with natural light in a cloudy day (the days that I prefer for this type of pictures). The background is a black passe partout.
When I use artificial light in general I use only 2 or 3 common lamps of 100W each placed to different distance and height, depending on the effect that I want to obtain.
Thank you for your always kind comments. Ciao, Felipe.

Miguel Martinez   {K:5459} 6/16/2004
Miguel

Margaret Sturgess   {K:49403} 6/29/2004
