i have been away for a while and am very familiar with your floral photographs... the latest ones you've been sharing are excellent - i love this composition - i don't think it would have been as nice with only the umbrella or the chair, but both make it perfect!!!

Injustiça não receber um BIP. Fantástico como produziu o efeito de se estar nas nuvens,só com enquadramento adequado.Foi morar em My Favorites.
Talvez ( se eu tivesse um olhar assim privilegiado), compusesse a cena só com a cadeira, enquadramento vertical e mais céu ( ou da mesma forma, só com guarda-sol)

Obrigada Carmem. Fiz uma só com a guarda-sol mas perdeu o equilíbrio. Acho que uma coisa "amarra" a outra.
Quanto a BIPs, ECs e etc, não sou muito destas coisas não :)

Been reading your bio info. A couple of things I am moved to say.
1. Your portfolio is superb, this image is fantastic.
2. Consistency is highly overrated. To illustrate this I am going to tell a footall tale (well, I am a man, so football is almost inevitable...)
Commenting on his team's poor performance, he said: "Well, I think today we were very consistent. We were rubbish at the back, rubbish in the middle and rubbish at the front."
So my advice, for what it is worth, is to just ride the phase. Be consistently incosistent, if you like. With results like you got here, (what a sky! what whites! what textures!) I would LOVE to be this "incosistent"!
I know you don't know me from Eve, but I just felt moved to say this.

what a pleasant surprise. i was following another thread and lead directly here to one of your fantastically colorful and well-composed images. this is one i do not recall seeing last year, as i was in San Diego for a week or two with family. excellent clouds and a suggestion of the reality below.
