Nice birds. Looks similar to our sparrows. But, where are you John? Haven't received any news from you since long. Are you OK? Cheers

Vikram: Ever since they've "upgraded" the UseFilm site, I've found it much less appealing. For one thing, I don't even get notices anymore when someone like you leaves a comment. And when I post a new photo, hardly anyone says anything about it. So either my work is going bad, or something sour has happened to the site. You tell me?

John, I asked the same question sometime ago in a forum and according to Al, the number of comments was more or less the same as before the change. The number of new photo's though, tripled. Resulting in less comments per photo. I've noticed the same thing. At the moment it's also vacation time and while I think it's strange (internet being world wide I would assume a more even distribution of people away and such) it is very quiet on this kind of sites..

As for the photo, the birds have nice colors and I like the composition. Well done!

Wonderful shot John, I see you shoot in the same area as I do, I am in san mateo, often shoot in and around the marshes here on the pennensula, my last shot was actually at the marsh in redwood city, keep up the great work, hope to see you out there sometime,,,,
Marcus..
