I'm not sure about the white lines, Rocco, but the rest of the picture is great and I can't understand why none of the first nine viewers didn't leave a comment!!!

Very well done Rocco, 5 mins or so is a long exposure so the rendition of the detail is good and simulates daylight, only the movement of the stars betrays it and gives a magical feel.

Grazie, si uso il telecomando ma puoi fare tranquillamente con l'autoscatto.
Prova e spero che come me scoprirai un modo tutto nuovo di fare fotografia , si ottengono risultati sorprendenti!

Io che la osservo tutti i giorni dal "vivo",e la fotografo saltuariamente,devo asserire,che come la "vedi" tu è fantastica.Mi piacciono anche le stelle cadenti inseriti in questo scatto.La luce,i colori e i riflessi sul mare sono veramente stunning.

Maria Grazia, grazie per i complimenti, è l a "nostra" Isolabella che ha dato un pizzico in più alla foto.
Sia il mare "satinato" che le "stelle cadenti" ( che in realtà è la striscia che lasciano le stelle) sono dovuti alla lunga esposizione di quasi 8 minuti.

Thanks for the nice comment. The moon had just gone out and was lighting up the sky and the clouds. The island was illuminated from the light of the road. The white lines are the stars trail.
