About I had just given up trying to chase the bees round the lavender bush, when I spied this ladybird. It was very windy so I had to hold the branch steady with one hand and the camera in the other (must buy a tripod....)

I can imagine that ladybug thinking "No, that is just the WRONG way. Back up."

The reflection and/or the water could use a little more "shine", IMO. And do get a tripod, a very sturdy one, they help a lot, although in situations like this, you'd still have to hold the flower stalk by hand.
Other than that, GREAT capture.
