About You see the Coit Tower in San Francisco and the cityscape in the back from the SF harbor. You may get a feeling for the shutter time if you look at the masts which are moved gently by the waves. Some PS here.

Comments are appreciated a lot.

Works for me! The fog and the cool colors create a mysterious mood. Like how the coit spreads the light.
Sorry for being picky, but rotating 1deg CCW would help ME.
Good work! C.

Nice night picture, Thilo, a difficult capture well done (as usual).

"See" you soon here in UF!
Thank you for your comment!

Hi Thilo,
I really enjoy this image! Nicely exposed and composed as well. And holds the interest!
I find your choice of tones most appealing also, VERY NICE!

I especially like the movement of the masts, gives an almose surreal feel to the image.

Nice work,
Lori :)

I'm also glad you liked one of my images! Thanks!

The light on the Coit and the masts moving give a good felling -- a cool nite and a walk...the blue tint is excellent (in fact because of a couple of your posts I did in in my hammock image)-- good one here -- a nite of mystery with Raymond Chandler as ones companion...K

Hey bro, CCW because of the coit tower? Hmmh... okay. the tower is somehow dominant... good idea.

Thilo Bayer   {K:50301} 7/8/2004
Dear Lori,

great that you also like the masts and their movement. Surreal is the right description here. Cheers, Thilo

Hey Kev,

blue tones rock the house IMHO. Will take care of your picture you mentioned. Thilo

love the tone and lighting.. yeah. i noticed the masts being blurred and figured it was the waves, think it adds to the image. good work

vg, uwe

hi Thilo..
that what sees my eyes...!!! what a person adores more of the sea. the movement up and down... the crib that the water creates with its movement... the blue atmosphere that sails helps in incredible way to the relax!

many thanks for this photo..
cheers

Hi Uwe,

A real stunner Thilo, the thumbnail doesn't do this justice at all. The movement in the masts is perfect and adds yet another dimension to this beautiful image. As i have said before i like your "blue" treatment in PS and this is no exception. Super gemacht!
Gruss aus der Schweiz
Neil
