Good work,but left side is totaly overexposed and if you can remove the reflex from Eye and than i make a good comment.

OK ... now this is a very interesting macro, i wonder how the eye it self is exactly in focus and the eyelashes are out of focus!! it is either the camera measure it by the nanometer :) or you used manually blurring object!! did you do that?
I don't think the left side is over exposured, i think it is adding a flavor to the picture. actually .. very well done.

Yes, our eyes are almost identical, maybe the eye is an universal symbol, they say it?s the door of the soul? It works very well also in colours with this soft tones, I like a lot the reflection of the window, it follows perfectly the lines of the pupil. Hugs, Max
