Sky is too light. Do you use Nikon Capture? There is very useful instrument there called DEE. Try it on this photo. Firstly correct exposition (-1 EV, for e.g.) with high saturation and sharpness on NEF image, then DEE.

Het heeft veel weg van Amsterdam Mark...De toren op de achtergrond is dat niet de bekende martinie toren in Groningen???
