Chelsea Burke   {K:5679} 7/17/2004
What...no woozles?

Gloria Fusco   {K:7054} 7/17/2004
As I worked my way through my friends images, the suspense was getting to me..I saw this, and was very tempted to go out of turn...and take a peek, but instead I waited...and each time it was harder and harder. I could not wait to see what this was...and now..I have to ask...what is it? Lol I have looked at it from every angle, I believe I see an odd mouth and one eye. All in all a very mysterious image, lol........Gloria

Paul Lara   {K:86876} 7/17/2004
LOL!
I'll post the original photo...in due time, Gloria. ;)

Gloria Fusco   {K:7054} 7/17/2004

Actually, Heffalumps are quite famous in certain woods:

Paul Lara   {K:86876} 7/17/2004
Google Heffallump, and you'll see my inspiration for this shot, Waldemar.

Gerhard Busch   {K:14778} 7/17/2004
Only after longer view it became clear me that it was a dog, which you worked on. Greeting Gerhard

Joann Winborn   {K:12550} 7/17/2004
This is about the grossest photo I have ever seen, but the description made me laugh so hard!!
I found myself rotating my laptop trying to figure it out! Very Creative and great fun!

Paul Lara   {K:86876} 7/17/2004
Yes! Gerhard is correct. I used the mirror function in Photoshop, and lined it up with Spam's eye & nose to create this image.

Gloria Fusco   {K:7054} 7/17/2004
lol Joann..lucky you, you have a lap top, I have a desktop and now a kink in my neck, lol !!

Paul Lara   {K:86876} 7/17/2004

Gloria Fusco   {K:7054} 7/17/2004
Hey Paul...hmmm, you may be in Spam's dog house for manipulating such a beautiful dog into a Heffalump, lol! This was great fun...I must say he looks mighty fine in the original...thanks for adding a little bit of fun and intrigue to the site....Gloria

Paul Lara   {K:86876} 7/17/2004
It's the kind of cloud that nose-whistles at me constantly for more food, Jim. (I've attached the original photo).

Paul Lara   {K:86876} 7/17/2004
Tony,
Éste es mi dachshund. Utilicé el efecto del espejo en Photoshop, y alineado le para arriba con su ojo superior para conseguir esta 'nariz larga'.

Bradley Prue   {K:30312} 7/17/2004
Very original and very cool, Paul. It took me a minute, but it was a very interesting minute...thanks.

Don Loseke   {K:32503} 7/18/2004
Is that native to your part of the country.?? They have about everything in Texas. Don.

Lotte    {K:947} 7/18/2004
This is just great, love this dog!
Really made me laugh, a very funny and intelligent picture!

Carol Watson   {K:5185} 7/19/2004
obviously a relative of the platypus... did you show it to the dog? did he yelp in horror? ;-)

Enjoy    {K:16125} 7/21/2004
=) what is this..lol... grinning from ear to ear..lol

Erik Neldner   {K:10896} 7/25/2004
This frightens me for some reason. Way to be weird...i think?

Hugh Hill   {K:1655} 7/26/2004
Now you have done it!
My daughter was sitting with me while reviewing images and when yours came up she wanted to see what it was, well tried explaining, then reasoning, but now she is convinced that 'Heffalump's' exist but far from being frightened she loves it and is screwing the thumbnails in until I take her to see one.
Thanks :)

Olga Melissa   {K:20264} 7/28/2004
I first looked up in the dictionary to figure out what was going on!hehehe!Very funny. We can't imagine what a dog can look like when a creative spirit transforms it into a rare Heffalump !
"What did it look like?"

"Like -- like -- It had the biggest head you ever saw,
Christopher Robin. A great enormous thing, like -- like
nothing. A huge big -- well, like a -- I don't know -- like an
enormous big nothing. Like a jar."

Very nice.You made me laugh!!!!!Thanx!
