Hi Steve, an excellent composition that really jumps off the page at you. Great stuff! +7 from me.
If i was being really picky i would have likes a litte more light on the blue part, so the sahdows are not so dark BUT!!!! It's Sunday and i'm not being picky today :) My compliments and best wishes

Steve, great shot, hopping to take a day trip to Annapolis sometime soon.
