It's a nice dilemma.
To be or not to be?
Great composition, idea and tones. This is one of the cases that few greys and a lot of whites and blacks give the right mood to the image.
Very immediate, few objects and very well composed.

I agree with Giuliano, the stark, high contrast tones in this image work very well. The overall composition is is quite thought provoking.

Carlheinz,

The framing is done by scanning in an original print and then putting a new photo in the frame. Its fairly simple to accomplish.
