Excellent fashion shot, Eddie! My only (minor) complaint is that the model's head/face is placed before a rather dark background -- a little change of perspective might have placed her head in front of the bright alley. But as I sair, only a minor complaint... excellent portfolio, BTW.

Cheers
Jaques

a wonderful piacture:the girl is fantastic (why cut her feet, though), exressive colours contrasting with her desolation and mean place...see you

Fantastic shot !!!!!!!!!

The image is very nice but could be improved if two things were given a bit more attention:

- distance from the model. You were in the middle of the road. Not close enough so that her feet wouldn't make a difference and not far enough to include her feet. The way it is it makes us miss them.

- A reflector would've added a bit more light to her face revealing more of her expression. Not much more light, only a bit to better balance with her legs.

Of course, these are considerations on an already very nice image. Congratulations!

José Azevedo

Very nice is she a dancer ?

José, IMO her feet are not important for the "reading" of the image. I think Eddie put more drama into the picture by cutting them of -- they're really long anyway ;-) Besides, can you imagine that a "complete" set of feet may distract from her body, her facial expression and the dress? After all, it's supposed to be a fashion image...

Though cutting her feet it?s a 7 for me. I like pics telling a story. This reminds me of an old french movie from Rivette +++
