PS can do amazing things, but I believe that this photo would be also very beatiful without editing.

Beautiful image. I too, would like to see the original. With a composition this lovely, it has to be beautiful. But then, if this is the mood you wanted to achieve, I'm sure it is the one you loved most.

Thankyou all for your comments. This particular shot has been a work in progress for some time now and each time I've felt I've failed to correctly grasp where the image really is. This
is the crop that seemed to work the best. I wanted the image to be stark and cold which is why I moved away from using colour--maybe in time I'll rethink that.

I've attached a small copy of the original :))
