This is only my opinion, but this would HAVE to be one of the best photos I have ever seen. I am not suprised that it was taken in Byron Bay. Stunning landscape. I can only dream that one day I might capture such an image.

I am looking at the Bosphorus from my vindow. It is one of the worlds most beautiful landscapes but you know what? Byron Bay, is the place I would like to be right now.

Hugo de Wolf   {K:184670} 7/28/2004
Hi Rog, Another breathtaking view of this familiar bay. How many shots have you taken there? and over what period? Each new one even better than the previous. Awesome lighting, and the single person adds alot to the already strong atmosphere. Abandonment, desolation, but foremoste loneliness. Outstanding shot, no other words for it.....)

Cheers,

Hugo

Greetings.

I spend six months praticing how to write comments, and then you come up with a shot like this! I'm lost for words. It looks, for some quite incomprehensible reason, as if I am the first to make this a favourite. After I've enjoyed it for a few days I may think of something. Until then, "wow" to the nth.

Mary Sue Hayward   {K:17525} 7/29/2004
This is in the other-worldly realm of seascapes, really emotive and spectacular. I've been isolated on a beach like this before, and it is an amazing experience.
