Not your average shot of Maligne Lake with Spirit Island Tim. This is tremendous. So peaceful and colourful. Never been able to get there. Both times we've been over the roads have still been snowblocked.

The reflections of the clouds is beautiful. I like the highlighted mountain. Not very fond of the bush in the foreground, but then again it helps with the composition. I love how the mountains in the back left seem to be fading away into the distance. Truly a beautiful landscape.

Its the camera....it's on automatic so it fixes everything...I wish....LOL

Tim  Schumm   {K:28854} 7/30/2004
Hi Rebecca,
I guess that I am fortunate that this is all that I do, as a hobby and also for my income. It's been 19 years of accessing images and trying stuff out till I have an internal knowledge of what works for me. And I guess a personal style is derived from that as well.
With warm regards, Tim

Another great shot Tim,you and a few others here have inspired me to
have a serious go at this landscape photography,
although I only have a Sony F707, and way different type landscape to your country
here in Queensland. 7++
