I noticed this neon sign in the window of a nondescript office building a few weeks ago and made a mental note to shoot it one evening.
Last night, all the critical factors were in alignment - I was driving past the building, I had my camera with me, my tripod was in my trunck, and I actually *remembered* the sign.
I took a few staightforward shots, then decided to do some zoom-during-exposure, which I ended up liking better.
Note to self: come back to this location some early evening next winter, when there is snow on the ground - the "tropical" neon and the snow might make a nice juxtaposition.
