Hi Jan, I had to double check that I had seen this correctly..... Compared to especially your moor series, but also the scotland series, the hard tones and contrasts almost seem out of character.
The photo shows a beautiful scene, and the tones create a strong summer atmosphere with lush tones, and bright light, creating the hard contrast.
I think turning down the contrast and hue would make this shot easier to look at. I do like it, and recognise the intensity of tones, though. It almost hurts the eye! Beautifully captured.

I find this photo wonderfully appealing to my eyes. I love the greens of the trees against the deep-blue sky and the diagonal lines formed by the path, trees, and those beautiful wild flowers.

Hi Jan, from its diagonal composition this is more appealing to me than the Sept.5 post. But there I like the more extensive flower field better. I guess, there you took a lower stance, increasing the pronunciation of the flowers. Nevertheless both are beautiful. Fantastic artworks in your portfolio. My deep felt respect!
