A beautiful capture and great composition . It should have gone in the blurry image project. I like how he is out of fucus but with still enough detail to see the expression, the twist and turns of the fire are amazing, even heart shapes flying off the left top. Alison

Thanks for the feedback Alison. I've taken your suggestion and edited so it is in the blurry image project. To be truthful, this is one of the first images I ever really photo'd, certainly in the first dozen or so. I find it fascinating how the fire can seem so liquid and fluid. The heart shapes are a lucky touch though, not sure how that happened :)
