This is a wonderful, subtle and complex image--filled with sentiment and just a touch of humor. The overall sepia tonalty set off the strong colors of the barber pole perfectly. A great photo! --george

This photo appeals to me on so many levels. Maybe all personal, My Italian Heritage, my Italian father was a master barber (on the side & after he retired from the post-office),unimportant I know but so many fond memories of the homemade barbershop in the basement's furnace room. The light pole, symbolic of first aid, I'm a paramedic... the statue, the warm tones... I love it, and the way it carries me home. Thank you! Dottie
