Abstract macro. such a small part of the flower is in focus but thats what is appealing to me.
It was such a shot that showed me that the stamen of this particular flowewr was in fact more miniature flowers !

Hi Lori, what i like about this image is the cropping - fantastic. That is really bold! I would have preferred a little more DOF, but that is a matter of taste and it looks like you were on the limits anyway. You must have been really up close? All in all a very pleasing image, colourful and attractive!

Yes, this is the Boldest! Wonderful shoot Lori! Incredible! Yeah, I'm just as amaze as Jim's when realizing that inside a small flower exist more small flowers....! DOF is just right, giving a dramatic view of small flowers in the middle of the petals.. Color's just right (although I still prefer yellow, LOL!!). Just great Lori!
