This is the man who built Salvation Mountain. He's a wonderful man who operates purely on faith. Faith that God will provide him with all that he needs. So far he says that he hasn't been let down and he considers himself a very lucky man. He seems to get everything he needs whenever he needs it. Although his needs are simple, he feels blessed.
