Taken late afternoon. Only thing in PS was to increase saturation a little. I loved the red brick.

This sure is a spooky town you live in. Makes for interesting photographs though. At least it does if you have the vision you do. These are really effective.

"...we're livin' it up at the hotel california..what a nice surprise..bring your alibis..."~Wilson Phillips....great image,lady!..love the bricks!..looks like a slight milky appearance to the hues which is very cool..again, the lighting is perfect..i would love to explore this place ;> ..gayle

Rebecca Raybon   {K:26655} 8/23/2004
That's probably the dust Gayle! No touch up or lighting, just a little bit of color enhancement. There's dust an inch thick on this place!! Lol

love the textures and comosition. The complimentary colors of red a green add much to the over all photo.

Richard Dakin   {K:12852} 8/25/2004
Excellent. If I could get results like this, maybe I would shoot colour. (but then again maybe not) The detail and texture of the roof, bricks, door and even the concrete is amazing.

I love how your mind works Rebecca. Always bang on. Hotel California. Perfect. It says it all. That eerie creepy feeling yet you can't quite put your finger on why. Fantastic shot!

Andy Simmons   {K:7704} 8/31/2004
Excellent image. The fall of the light is interesting. Good textures. Your title inspires me to look for my Hotel California here in downtown Fresno. I think I know where it is.
