About From the south edge of Bryant Park, I shot this stretchy photo of limo, driver, friend, and passerby in front of the "Radiator Building."

This building, on W. 40th Street, has an art deco base and a Gothic tower of black brick with gold-leaf trim. It's much more beautiful and striking that it sounds. It was originally named the American Radiator Company Building, then American Standard Building. It fell into disrepair for many years, but recently was bought by a consortium that fixed it up and reopened it as Bryant Park Hotel, a limo magnet :-)

i often see these around london, and always wonder who might be travelling in them... once i saw a bunch of kids hanging out of the window of one of them, frantically waving to everybody on the street. they were obviously on some kind of special bonus ride, and i thought that's good, that's how it should be. give these annoying cars to those who can't afford them. :)
