Feel compelled to add that I really like the rest of your portfolio. You have a good eye.

I was in London a week ago for the first time in 17+ years! I started school there when I was 5. London has the best night life I have ever seen.

Thanks for your comment on my pic as well.

Cheers

:) thanks!

so what made you leave London?
i've only been here for a few months, and haven't seen much of its night life, but will definitely take a look at it if it's that good! ;)

cheers,
paula

Nice shot. Thought it was a drink then I noticed the perfume sentence right above. Whatever the case still a very nicely done shot. Just wanted to add my 2 pence on the nightlife topic.Having sampled both I'd have to say Paris, without question, has the better nightlife (but London has the best taxis to get you home). Just one bloke's opinion. Cheers,Mark

Excellent shot Paula - regarding the nightlife around Lundun, you MUST get to the Laserium (at the Planetarium, Madame Tussauds place etc - I think it is the Baker Street stop). Not sure what nights it is open but take your camera with U :-)

will do! but probably not just yet, cause tourists have invaded london, and it's probably gonna last till the end of august...

:)

Oh Paula, I know what you mean! We get all the tourists here too and especially in Paris (plus I think both Government's let in ALOT of people from other countries which is actually fine if they work. Unfortunately, a few don't). I just sit for hours and store my shot's on disks and make 11 x 14's on the printers (have a few - Epson, the best in my opinion - if you're gonna get one) September's almost here so hope things will loosen up for you (and me :~> ) Szia, Mark

Just popped in 'cause I saw a comment you made on a Kevin Collier post, and you said you were in London (sorry Lundun..kekek) I have only been to that city twice, and found it strange and weird and well, fascinating. I have been to Paris and found it lacking in the good, solid downhome feeling. Yes, Lundun is the place for me. And what does this smell like? Floral? Herbal? Spice? If you brushed past me on the Tube, what would your perfume bring to mind?

Paula Goddard   {K:8492} 9/5/2004
thanks, Jim, for popping in! this is not the perfume i use, i just have a small sample of it, but it's very nice indeed. it's called "kenzoki euphorisant", and i would say it makes me euphoric, but it to me it smells quite oriental and subtle. i'd say it's a flowery scent, but quite mild and mysterious. if i had to use a colour to discribe it, i'd say it's white. :)

thanks again for stopping by!

cheers,
paula
