Excellent capture Sally, I've always wondered how it would look like in the winter, does the watter flow fully stop or partially, your picture answered my question, very well done, i like it, cheers,

Hello Ameed:
Yeah as you see the water is still the same, never STOPES... but the sides, and some parts will be frozen.. No fireworks, no Mist boat, the light still at night. But it's COLD :)
You should visit in winter.
