Taken in a shipyard on the Eastport side of Spa Creek in Annapolis, Maryland.
I found this nice-looking wooden ship with a clever name: "Annapolis", but spelled half in Latin characters and half (the "polis" part) in Greek characters.
"Annapolis" actually is Greek for "Anna's city", Anna being Queen Anne, who was not yet queen at the time she became the eponym for Maryland's captial city.
