About Now this has BALLS! ;-) This is the reverse of one of the chips we produce here at my work.

This particular package is a 560 VBGA (Viper BALL grid array). There are 560 balls on there.

This is the kind of photo I usually do here at work. Real boring, eh?

ummm a different Idea.... like it... to me the chip ought to be angled a bit.... or better yet turned into the lens to get a quasi side view.... gret shot however
