About Wonderful stones found on a west coast South African beach on a bright overcast day. The sand on the beach was addictive. I spend hours there in light that was wonderful for this kind of image making.

Aai jaai jaai John! Seeing your South African images gives me a great warm fuzzy feeling ... it makes me feel SO proud. More so though, is the way you are presenting my beautiful country.
Beautiful abstract - simplistic, yet captivating. I like the way you captured the movement of the water. It could even have been a satellite image of earth! Awesome colours and textures.
Well done.

Just to be clear Linn, there is no water in this image... It is simply patterns in the sand created by the water moving in and out on the shore and draging around the stones on the beach. Thank you so much for your kind remarks. I truly do love your country.
