I actually prefer this one Pia - the sepia suits it very well indeed and the necklace stands out a lot more than the earlier one.
Beautiful eyes and lovely freckles, the detail is very good indeed :-)

It's very beautiful, and i like the cropping so much, makes you focus on her strong eye. I do however think that it would look even better with a tone that was not so strong maybe only B&W, or with a touch of toning. But the main thing is that this is s very fine shot, and the lighting is superb.

Beautiful shot, Pia, though I'd like to have seen just a tiny bit more above the eye-brow.

Very well composed portrait Pia. I personally prefer this than the 1st. The tones are a bit strong but it added more effect to the eyes which are very clear and the lips. Very nice. -- joey

Amazing beautiful Pia, the lightning, cropping, sharpness,use of DOF, the sepia colorsetting it's all great. (I want a 300D with 50MM! myself ;)
And then her eyes, necklace, shoulder composition, couldn't be better.

Very nice angle, I like her face and expression from this point of view, at first I was not sure about her shoulder, but now I think it adds to the image, maybe I would have cropped a bit for a square format, but it?s not so important, instead I think the toning is too strong, it could work because she has a rascal glance, but I would like a more delicate colour. ....digital ist aber zum Lernen ganz nützlich (Kosten), hab mir eine alte Rolleiflex (2,8-80mm) gekauft, mir fehlt nur noch ein Scanner, macht Spaß!
