This is a good one. Great composition angle.
The background is good and DOF as well!!!
Th only thing i am not sure of is if she is to close to the lens(distortion)..or you standing very high?

The thing that I love about this picture is the thought that must have gone into this, the background colour matches the model, the make up is very carefully chosen... great angle aswell!
