Hi bro,
great sense of depth here. never cross the diagonals, said the ghostbusters already. vignetting adds some more ghost effect ;-)
take care,
thilo

You've made these power lines look like some gigantic finely stringed musical insrument! Surreal!

Stephan Houde   {K:1157} 9/14/2004

...boy you sure have portrayed the rural California landscape perfectly...this image has the feel of a hot dry inland CA day - great color and comp .. the grid is cool. K

Great - the vignetting lets those lines appear from nowhere. Wrong project though - this is a bip for the "lines" project :-)

I am always a fan of power lines and open spaces co-mingling in a bouillabaise of man and nature.

A very cool shot.

You have quite an impressive array of great images, an eye for stuff and a like for risky processes. Congratulations.

Hey Carlheinz

This scene takes me back to a trip I made to the US a number of years ago I can picture it like it was yesterday, the power of the still image, I love it.

I especially like the way the out of date film and cross processing has rendered the image along with the vignetting of the lens ( I presume it was the lens) for me it produces a sense of nostalgia.

I'm not familiar with the camera and lens that you have used is it similar to the Diana toy camera which produces a quality that is hard to define they are kind of ugly in a beautful way popular with fine art photographers ( I wish I could find one).

I hope you are enjoying your new 1V, that machine rocks.

Take care and it's always good hearing from you.

Mark
