About This used to be one of my favourite panoramas, but it has become an important archeological site. I took this as a matter of record--but I rather like the row of wheelbarrows.

The wheelbarrows really make this shot, Roger ~ so neatly stacked up in a line!
The old tent looks like it's seen better days!!
Excellent photograph once again.
Best regards, Chris

Yes and the blue plastic folie is something different too.

I agree . . . This is interesting and the lined up wheelbarrows a photogenic.

Roger,

yes I can see the interest in the wheelbarrows, they are the stars of this particular image. I also like the light blue tarp - really adds some colour.

Hi Roger; I agree-- the wheelbarrows make the shot-- nice seeing. The stones and pits are nice too. I've been at a few archeological digs myself.

Thanks for comments on my kayak/sunset photo. I don't actually know how far it is from the west coast of USA to Japan, but I know it's a long way-- and 9000 miles seemded like a nice number. Cheers. Craig

I like the wheelbarrows also.. looks like they are making a mess out of the place :)

Craig Hanson   {K:7803} 9/26/2004
Sorry about your park being messed up like that, but I can dig it!

I agree that the wheel barrows draw the eye. i think that i might crop out the tent on the right to make the image as a whole a bit more powerful. upi could have presented a larger (higher) image too

excellent composition Roger....and i like the cell phone shots too. They really have a wonderful candid feel which is what i like about them.

Roger Williams   {K:84106} 11/11/2004
Thanks very much for the encouragement over my 'phone shots, Tim. Coming from you I really appreciate it. I'm having a lot of fun (even started to attempt some macros, a new area for me--coming soon!) but it's a constant battle to produce images with adequate quality. And they often aren't all that visually attractive...
