Most excellent self portrait. Lovely face. I saw in a previous comment from someone something about a haircut possibly in the future? You should consider it. Keep the facial hair and cut the hair. You'd have a marvelous GQ look. Brilliant composition here. ( And the hair is fine, if you like it long, just motherly advice as I have a son about your age) :) Oh.. and nice to see you!

Patrick, what a stare, its almost intimidating. I get a feeling of deceit, perhaps from a lover. There's a sense of sadness also. Is that a bed in the background? I think that only emphasizes the theory even more. I like the striped white walls-resembling the prison cell inside of the mind. Wonderful work again~

Many people to comment..=) Ill start with Dwight! Thanks alot Dwight for your comment. About the dirt/articats.. thats my old mirror that has these marks. The mirror is a "quicksilver mirror". So its kinda "rosty". Cheers! =)

Karen: Thanks for your analyze.. it was very accurate.. you are right about the sadness.. was kinda sad when i took that shot and very very tired. I was so stubborn so i just continued to shoot instead of going to bed! Guess thats why i look abit mad asswell.. =) Part about lover could be true in imagiation but there is no woman in my life atm. *sniff* Thanks again for your fine remark!! =)

Great self-portrait. Very intense, powerful. I'd probably try and clean off the dust/noise on the brighter part of the pic, as it's slightly distracting. Congrats!

i like it! great stare, great dof, good concept. yes, you do look a bit p*ssed off and fed up, and maybe that wasn't good for you, but was for the pic. i'm sure i'm not the only one, but i like to do the 'looking in the mirror' thing to see what kind of 'look' i'd like to shoot. but for now i'm too chicken to shoot people.
