Hi Ursula,
das bild ist wirklich STARK. Deine Bildbearbeitungskünste sind wirklich excellent mittlerweile. Das starke Querformat sorgt für eine klasse Weite im Bild, und die sich durch die Bäume arbeitenden Sonnenstrahlen sind gut gelungen.
ich weiß jetzt nur nicht, ob dieser reiter überhaupt notwendig ist... das bild wirkt auch so hervorragend.

Hi Ursula, very appropriate title.... And what a leasurely scene! A wonderful morning indeed... Great shot. I might've cropped a bit off the right, to place the sun a bit more to the right in the composition, but that's only a minor, and very personal thing. I like this one alot, excellent job.

1. First of all ... Congrats on 'Photographer of the Day'!
2. Secondly ... on this fine image itself for sure an excellent capture of a 'Curtain of Rays' on perhaps your 'Night in Shining Armour' sorta speak!?
3. Thirdly ... I would have rotated the original image even more counter-clockwise about seven degrees and placed your 'friend' more in the corner as per the attached with my additional crop if you don't mind.
All-in-all ... a very fine capture indeed and we all greatly thank you for sharing this 'piece' or 'peace' with us, (which ever way the spelling should be)!

To sunset man:Thanks a lot for your extensive comment and reworked version...I have to agree you with the rotation(though I did it,but not enough ),but IMHO not absolutely the crop.In fact,I cropped it like you..but then wanted to keep the shadows of the horse and wanted to start it exactly in the lower left corner...But this is only my opinion..and your version is better,I`ll have to admit;)
I also like your version of titles...:)..but don`t really understand your "second" :(

Yes it looks pretty good. I'm a sucker for rays and I know how hard it is to shot with lighting in groves of trees and from a horse to boot. Excellent image.
