Dear Piero, So what was it you didn't like. Come right out and say it. Don't be shy. I admire someone who speaks their mind.
And of course I would like to know how to improve this photo. I am just starting this portfolio for my talented niece - she is a dancer and a video producer, with many credits. She does modeling just for fun.

Excellent portrait Leora - I cannot see anything wrong here at all. The composition is good, the bonding between them looks very strong ?
It is a wonderful photograph, your niece looks great and nicely relaxed and I am sure she will also be proud of this photograph :-)

Steve, I am so glad you liked the photo and I appreciate your interpretation. You sensed a bond between the two - and that is what intrigued me
- that they have a bond, but respect each other's individuality.
