I like the hint of leg showing in this capture. The light is low but interesting. The creased curtain is a little distracting. Her eyes are alive and capture most of the attention. Good capture.

Hmm I think you are on to something here.. there are a couple of things that bug me a little but let me begin by saying I like things neat and tidy so I may just be being idiosyncratic . OK if the back ground has to be as it is then don?t try so hard to make it perfect ..let the? imperfections? work for you by making them more obvious. But they are not my prime problem cos the old chair will work with the messy background as well. I would however just tuck the skirt under her as the bit hanging down under the seat of the chair. It really breaks the mood, as the eye drifts down the picture along the line of her (very lovely) thigh. The thigh is the thing which to me sets the agenda for the image in that whilst we are ostensibly looking at a portrait of a young woman we are exploiting the quality of a young woman as an object of desire (and don?t get me wrong here) But just try this, as you look at the image on the screen crop out the bottom with your hand and imagine the seat being completely exposed without the trail oh her skirt hanging down and I think the image lifts. Given that you have been photographing her for some time now it may be worth revisiting to see what you can get. Cheers all the best Roger
