A fine portrait, i like the expression she has in her eyes looking at you. Maybe a bit too much light on her arm.. but this is nitpicking.

Pretty face. Love the composition and DOF. The only thing that seems off to me a little is the pose. It almost seems as though she's slouching. Maybe if her shoulders were turned more towards you, or if she had to bend over to the rail, bend at the waist instead of the back/shoulders. Other than that beautiful portrait.
