Excellent composition and tones of the image, coz of the long exposure the water appears as if it's a steam. I like the contrast and the starting sunlight reflection on the bricks, good work Chris.

I like the entire image but I do like the affect of the water the most.
I thought it was mist...reading others comments draws me to conclude that it is from the long exposure.
