Nice attempt. However I don't like the 'in your face' centered apporach. The background is very messy and doesn't provide a nice contrast for the flower. The flower itself seems a bit out of focus and the colours fussy. The camera seems to struggle a bit with the blues and purples(common problem).

Peter, great job with this one. The inner glow really gives it a surreal effect. The water droplets also add to the picture.
